I picked up my Martinez hammer from martineztools.com, and the biggest thing I noticed right away was the balance. It just feels really good in the hand, not awkward, not overly heavy at the head, and not like you’re fighting it every time you swing. I’ll admit it took me a little bit to adjust to it since I was so used to my old hammer, but after using it for a bit, this one started to feel way more natural. Now when I grab my old hammer, it feels kind of strange and clunky by comparison. Overall, I’m really happy with it and feel like it was a solid buy

I ordered from martineztools.com and, the product part was totally fine. No drama there, everything was pretty much what I expected.
The only thing that kind of tested my very calm and patient attitude was the customer service response time. I had a question about shipping and ended up waiting longer than I thought I would, but they did eventually get back to me and were polite about it.
So yeah, not a terrible experience or anything. I’m perfectly relaxed about it, obviously, but it wasn’t exactly quick either. I’d say 3 stars feels about right...

"I really like that I can just replace..."
I really like that I can just replace a part when something wears out instead of having to buy a whole new tool. It saves a lot of hassle and just feels more practical, don’t you think?

"I’ve been using these a bit now..."
I’ve been using these a bit now and they feel genuinely well made. The materials have a nice weight to them and the finish is clean without being too flashy, which I like. You can tell someone actually paid attention to how the pieces fit together. I mean, they’re not exactly cheap, so I guess they should feel good, but still, the quality is there. Overall I’m happy with them and they seem like they’ll hold up for a long time.

"Solid hammer, but I felt a bit misled"
I bought one of their hammers and, to be fair, it does feel really solid. The grip is comfortable, nothing feels loose, and it’s already survived a few hard drops without any issues. It definitely seems built to last. That said, I did feel a little misled by how it was presented, like I was expecting something a bit more special than just a tough, well-made hammer

"Mostly right, but I was a little worried at first"
I got my order from martineztools.com and most of everything was right, but one small item wasn’t the one I had picked. I’ll admit I got a little nervous at first, like maybe I was being brushed off or fooled, but support did eventually get back to me. It just took longer than I would’ve liked. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, I just expected them to check the order a bit more carefully before shipping it out.

"Hits really well, handle took some getting used to"
I ordered a Martinez hammer after a buddy kept talking them up. Shipping was fine, not lightning fast or anything, but it showed up without any issues.
The way it strikes is really nice. It hits hard, but it doesn’t feel like it’s rattling my arm all day, and the balance feels better than my old steel hammer. The face has stayed clean so far too.
I’m giving it 4 stars because, the price is still a little painful, and the grip took me a few days to warm up to. But for real work, it’s been a solid hammer.

"Great control without feeling risky"
I was a little cautious at first because it took me a bit to get used to the feel, but my Martinez hammer is really well balanced. Once I got comfortable with it, I felt like I could place hits exactly where I wanted without fighting the tool. Definitely feels more controlled and safer in my hand now.

"I was trying to track down a..."
I was trying to track down a couple of Martinez tools. Checked a few places first, no luck. Then I ended up here and they actually had most of what I needed in stock. One item was sold out, which was a little annoying, not gonna lie. But the site was easy to look through, and I found something close enough. Not perfect, but definitely better availability than some of the other spots I checked.

"Shipping was literally just okay"
My order showed up fine, but the shipping took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, just literally slower than what I’m used to from other places. The tools were packed okay when they arrived.

"Solid tool, but the grip didn’t totally win me over"
I ordered this from martineztools.com and my first reaction was good — the tool feels sturdy and well made. But after using it for a while, I got a little less excited about the grip. It’s not bad at all, and for quick jobs it feels totally fine, but once I’m using it longer my hand starts to get a bit tired. Maybe it just doesn’t match my hand shape perfectly, because I can see someone else liking it more. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing or frustrating there. Overall, it’s a good tool, just not my favorite fit.
